In accordance with Swiss regulations, purchases are considered final unless a product is defective or incorrectly supplied. However, we are pleased to offer a limited voluntary return policy:
- Non-perishable items may be returned within 7 days with proof of purchase.
- Products must be unused, unopened, and in original condition.
- For safety and quality reasons, perishable goods, opened items, and personalized products cannot be returned.
- Any item found to be defective will be promptly replaced or refunded.
